Making a deposit
Open the cashier from the button next to the balance. Only the methods available for your country and currency are shown. Pick one, enter the amount and confirm on the provider's side. Money usually arrives within seconds, and the minimum is about €1 with many methods.
Requesting a withdrawal
Withdrawals are made from a separate tab in the same cashier.
- Open the cashier and switch to withdrawals.
- Choose the method used for the deposit.
- Enter the amount and account or wallet details.
- Confirm, with a code if two-factor authentication is on.
- Follow the status in the transaction history.
The minimum starts at about €1.50 and is higher for bank transfers. The bookmaker normally charges no fee of its own.
Choosing a method on mobile
E-wallets and mobile money are the most convenient on a phone: instant deposits, fast payouts, no card details to type. Cards are familiar but slower on the way out. Crypto is quick with high limits, but the value can move during the transfer and a payment on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
The payment method must be in your own name. Third-party payments are refused and can get the account frozen.

Why a payout is delayed
Nearly always one of these:
- the account is not verified yet;
- a bonus is still being wagered;
- the deposit was not played through at least once;
- the name on the payment method differs from the account;
- the request fell on a weekend or holiday.
If the status shows processed and nothing has arrived after the stated time, send support the transaction number.
Payment questions
Direct answers on limits, fees and timing.
Are there fees?
The bookmaker usually charges none. Banks, wallets and blockchain networks may take their own.
Can I withdraw to a different method?
Generally no. Money returns to the deposit method unless it cannot receive payouts.
Is there a maximum withdrawal?
Limits depend on the method and are shown in the cashier. Large sums may be paid in parts.
Can I cancel a pending withdrawal?
Usually yes, from the transaction history, as long as it has not been processed.
